Oversized Items & Exceptions
Please note that for some large, bulky or heavy items, an oversize shipping charge may apply. Unless otherwise specified, oversize charges will still be applied where applicable to orders that qualify for promotional shipping discounts or offers (free standard shipping within Canada, dollars off shipping charges, etc.). As well, if actual shipping charges significantly exceed the posted shipping rates, we retain the right to apply additional shipping charges. If this situation occurs, we will always contact you for confirmation and approval.
Canadian Shipping Options
Shipping in Canada is fast and easy. Courier selection is determined based on a combination of cost, reliability, and speed. We may use a variety of national and established courier companies to ship your order. In some cases, your ship to address may limit courier options exclusively to Canada Post. These may include addresses with PO Boxes and remote locations.

International shipments (outside of Canada or the USA) may be subject to local customs and brokerage fees. These fees vary depending upon the nature of your order, are typically due at the time of delivery, and are payable by the consignee.
