Our goal at Greenhawk is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
We are happy to make exchanges and refunds provided that the product has not been used or damaged. To return product bought at one of our retail locations, please return your merchandise in its original condition, with a copy of the sales invoice, within 30 days for a full refund, exchange, or credit - you decide.
To return product bought online or through mail order, please follow the steps below.
Please use the Contact Us link found on the website home page. This will enable you to leave us a message where you can provide the details of your return request. Please include your full contact information, item # (SKU) and item description, and the reason for the return (damaged, defective, sizing, etc.).
One of our Customer Service Representatives will contact you by email with an approved Return Authorization Number (RA #) along with instructions on how to return or exchange your item(s) and an approved ship-to address for you to send your package to.
Print a copy of this email and attach it to the item(s) you are returning. Carefully pack your approved products and address your package to the ship-to address provided to you by our Customer Service Representative. Be sure to reference the approved RA # either on the address label or on the box itself.
Important: Unauthorized returns or returns without an RA # may be denied a refund or exchange. Return shipping will be the customer's responsibility.
Please return items by insured ground mail to the address that we provide to you. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs. We cannot accept collect returns. Shipping charges are not refundable. However, we will gladly refund your original shipping cost if you are returning an item because of an error on our part or if we have determined that the item is defective.
Exchanges will, in most cases, be sent back to you without additional shipping charges.

We cannot return or exchange books or health care products for safety reasons.
Any personalized or custom ordered items cannot be returned.
Saddles are not refundable if marked in any manner.
Horse and dog blankets and sheets must be returned clean and unused. We suggest putting a clean sheet on your horse or dog first before trying your new blanket to test for sizing in order to keep them clean.
Safety items such as helmets and protective vests may be returned in new, unused condition within 30 days of purchase with the original tags attached to the helmet and all packaging intact. You may try on your helmet or vest for fitting purposes. Helmets or protective vests that have been ridden in or subjected to use are not eligible for return.
