Dressage Saddles

The dressage saddle is an English-style saddle that is required for riding dressage. They are feature a long and straight saddle flap, designed to mirror the leg of the dressage rider, which is long with a slight bend in the knee. These saddles also feature deep seat and often a pronounced knee block. Dressage saddles have longer girth straps and use shorter girth than other types of English saddles to minimize the straps and buckles underneath the rider's legs.
