Active Ingredients Per Dosage Unit - Magnesium Proteinate (1gm), Chromium (1.25mg), Magnesium Oxide (7gm)

Directions For Use - Administer a loading dose of 1 scoop (ounce) per 250 pounds of body weight. Then drop to a maintenance dose of 1/2 scoop (1/2 ounce) per 250lbs body weight per day when improvement is evident.
