Designed for horses with sensitive mouths that need light to medium control, this top-selling transition bit is designed for introducing indirect control of leverage from the shank and pressure from the curb chain. Works off tongue, lips, and bar pressure. Ideal for both the leisurely ridden horse and performance horse that is soft, supple, and doesn’t require much leverage. Designed by National Cowgirl Museum Hall of Famer, Sharon Camarillo. The three-piece mouthpiece aids in the prevention of the “nutcracker” effect across the horse’s bars, while the wrapped mouth provides a slight “bite” for added control. Made of sweet Iron, which will rust and promote salivation to make a more supple-feeling mouth.
