Directions for Use: DO NOT EXCEED 0.6 SCOOPS PER 100 KG OF BODY WEIGHT. 1 scoop = 1,500 IU vitamin E, 1.5 mg Se. 2 scoops = 3,000 IU vitamin E, 3 mg Se. 3 scoops = 4,500 IU vitamin E, 4.5 mg Se. 1 scoop = 29.6 cc/20 g.
