Kevin Bacon's Black Hoof Dressing 1 L

Kevin Bacon's Black Hoof Dressing is made from the same formulation as the Original version, yet offers an ideal ointment for black hooves. Leverages natural colourant made from natural vine ashes, which is also slightly antiseptic and does not affect the quality of the ointment. Penetrates and nourishes the hoof to help prevent the hoof wall from drying out, and protects against dampness while activating the growth of the horn.

Active Ingredients - Animal Fat, Fish Oil, Sunflower Oil, Karanja Oil, Macerated Bay Leaf Extract (Laurus Nobilis L.)

Recommended Use

Normal hooves:
Apply the dressing with a brush directly onto the outside, sole, and frog of each foot.
Care for sound hooves: 2 applications a week
Before a competition: 1 application (for beauty)
In dry weather: 4-5 applications a week

More intensive use for very dry hooves :
Hose down the feet a few minutes, and then dry them off.
