Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Our goal at Greenhawk is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

We are happy to make exchanges and refunds provided that the product has not been used or damaged. To return product bought at one of our retail locations, please return your merchandise in its original condition, with a copy of the sales invoice, within 30 days for a full refund, exchange or credit - you decide. To return product bought online or through mail order, please follow the steps below.

Please Note:

  1. We cannot return or exchange personalized or custom ordered items, books, videos, helmets, safety vests or heath care products (for safety reasons).
  2. Saddles are not refundable if marked in any manner.
  3. Any undergarments cannot be returned.
  4. Horse and Dog Blankets and sheets must be returned clean and unused. We suggest putting a clean sheet on your horse or dog first before trying your new blanket to test for sizing in order to keep in clean.

  5. Online/Mail Order Return/Exchange Process

    1. Please complete the electronic Merchandise Return Form by clicking here (or by clicking the link at the bottom of this page).
    2. Once you have submitted the electronic Merchandise Return Form please allow us up to 2 business days to process the request.
    3. One of our Customer Service Representatives will contact you by Email with an approved Return Authorization Number (RA#) along with instructions on how to return or exchange your item(s) and an approved ship-to address for you to send your package to.
    4. Print a copy of this email and attach it to the item(s) you are returning.
    5. Carefully pack your approved products (along with the copy of the RA# email) and address your package to the ship-to address provided to you by our Customer Service Representative in the RA# Email that was sent to you. Be sure to reference the approved RA# either on the address label or on the box itself.

      Important: All packages that are returned without an approved RA# on the box will be refused.
    6. Please return items by "insured ground mail" to the address that we provided to you. Sorry, we cannot accept collect returns. Shipping charges are not refundable. However, we will gladly refund your original shipping cost if you are returning an item because of an error on our part or if we have determined that the item is defective.
    7. Exchanges will, in most cases, be sent back to you without additional shipping charges.
    8. At Greenhawk, we want to make sure that you are happy long after you have received your goods.
